Jacqueline P. (Jackie) Walker believes in the power of storytelling to educate, encourage, and entertain. An Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorotity, Inc. member, Jackie holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Liberal Arts with three concentrations: Psychology, English, and Communication Arts) and earned professional certificates in Workplace Communications, Data Analytics, Business Strategy, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. A Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC), she has over 30 years of leadership experience and held corporate management positions in Project Management, Customer & Business Communications.
